Very busy environment, at times seems like not enough staff to get the job done to 100% effectiveness.

I've learned a lot about Veterinary medicine having worked here for more than 10 years. Unfortunately, beginners are hired so the teaching, training and learning are constant. Always changing to adapt to new personalities.

The management is AWFUL. there is a very strong bias towards who was there first and they treat you like you're nothing when you start out. Very little time for training yet they expect you to know everything! Very cliquey and definitely not newcomer friendly.
With hard work, dedication, and promptness you can excel at CTVC. It takes a while to learn everything but you do indeed learn everything. They work with you on what you want to do and how far you want to go but slacking is not allowed in any way shape or form. It can be very stressful at times and extremely slow at other times.
Learn a lot and can go as far as you are willing to work for it
