Love the community and patient population. Lots of opportunities for advancing your education. A lot is expected from the respiratory department but the pay does not reflect the work we do.

Watch your back. Very cliquey staff. Not traveler friendly. Pay is competitive. Nurse educators don’t educate. No inservices or updated training. Pushed ratios.
