Emma's Success in our SHAPE Fitness Program!
CHOICE has designed and implemented our innovative SHAPE Program (Supporting Healthy Active People Everyday) to improve the health and wellness of the people we serve. SHAPE is a comprehensive health and wellness program that incorporates fitness and exercise, strength training, balance, yoga, meditation, sensory integration and nutrition. The SHAPE programs at CHOICE have overcome and eliminated several if not all of the barriers that many people with intellectual disabilities face in accessing health and fitness resources.
