It is a fast paced call center as we are always growing and rapidly at that. Most of the time there is overtime available to make some extra cash.

We work in a fast paced environment. At CHW we are dedicated to providing fast and efficient world class service to our customers and technicians. We are also dedicated to our employees, which means in off seasons, we do not cut hours or down staff. We use the availability to coach and improve performance.

It’s a fast paced environment. It’s great for motivated people looking to grow within a company. Like any other job it can be stressful but working with great people makes the day fly by.

It is not a good place to work. Plain and simple. The upper management only care about themselves. They deny customers cousins left and right. I am not just a disgruntled employee, I am honest. DO NOT WASTE TIME. The work schedule is ridiculous. You have to work MANDATORY holidays and overtime. In order to get holiday pay you have to work 10 hours the day before AND the day after the holiday. The benefits are expensive. The initial process sounds good and they over glamorize all the perks and incentives. The job turns you into a horrible person, lying to innocent people about their coverage. The customers are always irate and telling because they area always getting denied. If you are a single mother, have a family or a social life this is not the place for you. If you do not live within 15 mins of this job---> DO NOT APPLY. When there is a storm off state of emergency you will be required to stay overnight in a hotel, if not you will be penalized. The employees there are all angry and there is A LOT of drama and high school-esqe behavior.
