I have worked for choice hotels almost a year, within a Quality Inn and now a Sleep Inn. The system acts very strange. I call support probably five times a week. Very stressful when youre literally the only person on duty trying to check in our guests. I do not get paid enough as well. Making 9 an HR, and my entire shift I'm alone. I really enjoy my job though. I absolutely love hospitality and love meeting new people so this is an ideal job for me. Just wished housekeeping felt the same. They slack quite a bit which reflects badly on the hotel,myself included. I'm proud to say every review has customer service or myself mentioned. Which makes everything I just complained about totally worth it. I do however should make more because I always go the extra mile for the folks I work for. I always give 110% if not more!
