Supportive, flexible, and respectful work environment
The flexibility of working with CHP has been the best part of my job along with the work culture. With having children, I am able to leave the office or go to an appointment and make up my time without hesitation from my management. Exceptional company to work for, I truly feel appreciated and not "just another employee".
CHP Homecare & Hospice is truly a wonderful company to work for. Personally, I work 9 days every 2 weeks, 5 days 1 week and 4 days the next. I discussed with my supervisor the need for one day off every 2 weeks for personal appointments and she arranged the paperwork. Great place to have a career!
Flexible work schedule, family like work atmosphere, and independence with job duties. Home health can be intimidating due to the amount of independence needed to complete visits without constant supervision. There are always others willing to assist, answer questions, or lend a helping hand when needed.
