Lots of room for improvement
Currant employees don't even make what they are advertising as their starting wage, they make less. People who have worked here for years make less than their current starting wage! For a company who has had a huge turnover in employees, you would think they would try and hold onto their more long term employees by compensating them with a larger wage then the employees that have just started the company! This could be a very rewarding job if the company as a whole would be ran in fairness and not out of desperation! Long term employees are an asset to companies, they shouldn't be treated as just a body that can be replaced by someone who won't give them the same loyalty! Good Management makes for good Employees!

Fun place to work, staff are like family
By far my favorite workplace I've had. Management is very involved with supporting everyone as a team, and does not tolerate violence from staff or residents. You genuinely feel supported, and they pitch in for emergency staff shortages more than I've ever seen healthcare management pitch in before.

Overworked with little support
Everyone is leaving due to short staff and lack of appreciation. Just hope you can pick up lots of shifts to stay on people's good side and hope you don't have to call in for whatever reason. New management is young and definitely shows favortism and can be so rude. I don't know what's happened to the place but most are just there for paychecks not to assist residents with improving mental health.

Future employees beware
You will not be sincerely appreciated. The owner will "pretend" to be oh so sincere to your face but doesn't value any employees. People can be replaced is the train of thought. It sure would be nice to know one was truly appreciated for their efforts instead of the do your job and make me money mentality. Sincerity is non-existent.

Great residents but some pretty shady happenings
The residents are seriously the only reasons I stayed for as long as I did working there. Staff was dropping left and right due to weak pay scale, terrible hours, and unhappy management. Half the time the management would be okay but the other half you don’t even want to ask a question because of attitude. The new starting wages are higher than what people currently make now and also the new people get 1,000 incentive but the employees who have put their all into each day sit at the bare minimum pay. I used to love what the company stood for but it’s come to a point I don’t think they even know what they stand for.
