I open the store at 6:30 AM and had a morning meeting with the Service Advisers and Technicians. I led the Service Advisers, training them in vehicle systems and sales methods. I advised the Technicians on diagnostic and repair techniques. I built and sold repair orders to Customers, waited on customers and closed the day with accounting procedures - more... at 6 PM.
