The Phlebotomy department needs to be re-evaluated. Management is horrid
Christiana spends a lot of time & money on creating the core values, mottos, slogans, & campaigns. Cheistiana would be a great place to work IF all managers strived to implement the sentiments into their departments & not just hang the posters in picture frames & paste the images/logos all over correspondence & stationery so it looks like their department is following the values. At an interview, ask questions of the manager about what they do to actively promote the core values amongst their employees for their employees to enjoy working at Christiana.
Paying your good working employees
Some real work life balance would help retain people. Self scheduling is not self scheduling. You get what the scheduler gives you.
They could be more flexible when it comes to employees families and lifestyle for unseen reason people will be a few moments late child sick, flat tire traffic etc...

Employ managers that actually know how to manage. Also, listen to employee's concerns regarding workplace issues, instead of ignoring the concerns which in turn lead to bigger issues.
It would be good when an employee becomes displaced to be able to find a position or offer another incentive.
