We do work weekends, but I like that because I get everything done during my days off in the middle of the week while the rest of the people are working.
All employees are also encouraged to apply for promotional opportunities that might result in a pay increase. or possibly get a pay increase. We pay for performance so raises are not guaranteed, but if you do your job well you will have a chance for pay increases and/or promotions.
Drug Testing consists of a 5 panel test for marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, opiates and PCP conducted at a licensed medical facility but there is no observation of the candidate while urinating.
If you are interviewing for a management position, professional attire is required. This does not mean a suit or dress are necessary, but dress slacks and a nice shirt or blouse. If you are interviewing for a cast position, business casual would be acceptable.
