Our average restaurant’s hours are Sunday through Thursday 11am-9pm, Friday 11am-11pm and Saturday 10am-11pm. So, we do not work really early in the morning or really late at night. We do work weekends, but I like that because I get everything done during my days off in the middle of the week while the rest of the people are working.
