This varies by position.
For our restaurant operations managers, there is an average of 2 interviews: one with the Talent Acquisition Manager (phone), and the second with the District Manager and General Manager, usually at the same time. A hiring decision is usually communicated within 24-72 hours.
For our restaurant crew level positions, you can complete a quick profile online or go to a restaurant to complete an application. Many times you can interview and get a job offer on the same day!
For our corporate and regional support offices, there are typically 2 to 3 interviews: one with the Talent Acquisition Manager (phone), the second with the hiring manager and possibly a third with other department leaders.

It had open-interviews, after my first interview I immediately was told the general manager wanted me to come in for a second interview and then start training
Applied at around 10:30 on a Wednesday night, was called the next day for an interview and was given the job 5 minutes into the interview. I did not have a real resume with me either.
I went into Chuck E. Cheese, filled out an application, had an “interview” the same day, told i would be called within the next few days but as i was walking home they called me and told me i got the job.
It took about 3 weeks for a management position.
I got hired the very next day. They obviously rushed the process, as I was due to start work the next day for their competitor. However, I was told that it could’ve taken an addt’l 2 days. I went to an open house event.
I was told to hand in my job application and i did and the manager said shed call me. How long does it take for them to actually call u back for an interview? Btw its been 4 days since then
Of course there is training, but i believe it was like a few days long.

Well I called them to check on my status of my application, they scheduled me an interview. That same day I had an interview I went through hiring process. So I would say if you are called in for an interview you will most likely be hired that same day.

Easily 20 minutes because people quit every month. All you need is a pulse.
