In my opinion, Don't.
All of the "Alaska Native" Corporations get contracts via Non-Competitive bid , this means that the various "Native Corporations" will be given federal contracts whether or Not they have expertise in a given field and no matter whether other non " Native" corporations bid competitively or are experienced or pre-qualified for the job. As a former employee of three of these corporations I have seen as a rule mismanagement, a high level of racism, and incompetence within the upper management levels of the corporations I worked for.
On the other hand there are a few native corporations that have better policies for non native workers.
Research them in depth before signing on.
Don't.....Unless you are part of " the buddy system" you don't get the job....
Make sure your ready and prepared.
