As with most places today see how much you can do with less people but with always having safety first. They get their money out of ya. Best shape I was ever in.

I had a horrible time in my career here. I also saw people leave or get fired and replaced within seconds. The company along with almost all the managers were horrible. There is NO training whatsoever so if you are a new hire come prepared. Since it is a small company you will be wearing many hats and not getting paid for it. There is also several pay differences between someone in the same role/title as you. HR does not care about you either. Only pros are occasional summer Fridays if you are not too busy working and the company store where you can buy discounted brand items.

The management is awful. They don't know what's going on around them they turn a blind eye to things. There is to many back sabers There nice to you tell your 90 days. If you have any sense of worth about yourself this is inot a ideal place for you, too many chicks in this environment. The management loves to step on employees also there only a 20 min lunch and 10minute brakeDon't stop working . A perfect sweat shop. The leaders love to tattle on others they make up stores about each other and new folks .it's a doggy dog comunity

Great place to work...safety comes first. Cant really find anything bad to say other than more time clocks are needed but other than that I don't plan on leaving this company anytime soon. Best job I've ever had...and I've had quite a few

This is an excellent company to work for, they treat their employees great. I’m only leaving for family reasons. I’m very sad I have to leave. I will miss my coworkers and the company. I have nothing bad to say about them at all.
