I feel as though the CEO is making good judgement calls on how the future should look. It’s a great company, but the supervisor level is beyond horrible. They are mostly tenured supervisors, some of who walk around like they know it all and that no one else should reporting to them should be able to speak openly about anything.

Fast Paced in some departments, and slow paced in others, depending on your supervisor. You could be pressured by your supervisor to complete your work for dept B, and learn after you were pressured to complete it, that it gets to sit in dept B for 5 months. All depends on management there and how lucky you are to get one who cares about their employees.

CEO is trying to make changes, but not at employee level, at least during the time I had been there. And I saw that change was needed at the supervisor level.
