At an entry level position, from experience and from what others internally shared, if one of your team members lose their raise for some justified reason, then you could be given that raise on top of your normal cost of living raise. Just depends on your supervisor
Yearly raises after employee review and eval

Depends. If you come from Liberty Mutual and know upper management, then expect much hiring starting pay, retention bonuses, and promotion track. If you do not, then expect small yearly cost-of-living increases and no promotion opportunities.
Potential for yearly raises, but they are small (cost of living).
Raises are yearly unless merit based.
