They like to hire competitive people, so its a recipe for drama, gossip, and unfairness if they don't hire people with a sense of humility. They are very cliquey. It seems amazing at first, because you are lead to believe that the management and everybody is genuine.....but then the truth comes out. It's fast paced if you actually work, but you often find yourself picking up slack for some of the more "social butterflies", who use customer care as an excuse to not do any of the other work such as cleaning. And we clean every 30 minutes.
I’ve experienced a few members complain about racism at two your your San Diego locational. Disgusting considering Chuze is known for the “atmosphere”
The staff environment is very friendly, and most of the managers try to keep everyone else's motivation as high as possible. Staff at most locations is tight-knit and celebrates on a monthly basis to boost team morale. Though friendly, the staff tends to overexaggerate happiness to help pep each other up because of the daunting day of member issues and hard work ahead of them.

Stressful, with constant movement and attention to ever smal,l insignificant detail. Providing a false sense of calm to members while wanting to rip your hair out. Running around attempting to get everything done with limited time.
Friendly, non-intimidating. positive atmosphere
