Diversity is horrible and when brought to HRs attention they only listen to management and lying employees and reverse what you brought you their attention on you. About a week or two for interview request after applying, a few more weeks to do pre-background check and references, and maybe a little more time to finalize decision if they want to hire you.

It took a while to get a call. I didn't even recall when I actually applied when I got the call. But I did a small 3 minute phone interview and they immediately scheduled a face-to-face interview for 2 days later.
