Incompetent people in leadership roles

Fake Christians. They only care about their image in the community versus actually doing what is right. The worst place to work due to lack of support and lack of competent leadership. Teachers don’t need teaching degrees to be able to teach your children. Gossip and toxic attitudes are woven throughout the staff and leadership. Leadership definitely shows favoritism. Toxic work culture.

You know you done gone and flunked up when the school is ran by an oligarchy clique. that costs 20k a year and they still want you to pay for the cafeteria food which is repulsive. There are some good apples in there, just get them out before they also rot.

Waste of time

When I was hired on my job summary was basically a lie. Never have I been in a more rude environment. Or lied upon disrespected. If you try to establish some sort of rules or reward or non reward you are just a "terrible" person. They would rather kids do whatever they want and yell at teachers. The other teachers don't like nor welcome change. And dislike newcomers.

Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy is by far the best place to work. The culture is ethnically diverse, unapologetically Christian, academically strong, and habitually kind.

Diverse and Productive

I learned how to work with various ethnic backgrounds. The atmosphere was very educational and fulfilling. The most enjoyable part of my job was seeing the successful accomplishments from the children. The hardest part of the job was the inability to continue my education through benefits program. My co-workers really believed in the school. They sent there kids there, came into work early, and stayed late. I learned that the value of education does exist and should be equal for everyone.

I enjoyed my time at the school

Mostly took care of the grounds as part of a 4 man crew. Helped with building maintenance and special events. I designed some building projects and completed them.
