It's a great company to work for.
Advancement with the company is hit or miss. They are great company to start a career with. The opportunities for advancement are hit or miss. The mentoring there is not that great and it takes a strong individual to network within the company to seek advancement faster. I would recommend Cintas.

Bad Management
Management focused solely on dollars with little regard for employees or their customers. Long days created horrible work life balance. Often told to charge customers for services not rendered.

Overall Great Organization
This is in regards to the Everett plant. This is a very inclusive environment and heavy on a good work culture. Benefits and pay are best in the industry. Training has some good and bad areas depending on the day but they are focused on helping you grow in position. Overall I would work for them again and wish my stay had been longer. Management is overworked and you can be sometimes overlooked but not intentionally. Job duties are ever flowing with new products current with specific needs and there is always plenty to do.

Good company to work for
You have to meet your sales goals and you can get good bonuses if you have a good route. I got Furloughed for 60 days and then got laid off. I was in my 7th year and they kept the new people that had been there only a year.

Don’t care about employees. Let people go for no reason during Covid 19. Puts you on a different shift even when you have been there’s few years. Was good place if you kiss up to management.

My past experience and always have been told and comfortable in the environment of working with the people who are going to be all types of diversity and some issues with the past you have to understand that its a chance to be a person understand not just sales and pitching numbers for me to be part of that excitement for success. I am always wanted to let you know that they are first and foremost repair and trust , important thing to be the person who has to understand that they have needs and that's why we have to be able too learn how to be a person understand that its a process be honest with them and find out what the best and most effective way to make it work for them
