The interview process is ridiculous! There are a lot of good workers out there. Trying to intentionally trip people up in an interview with unrealistic interview questions makes it feel more like an interrogation session, and your company will miss out on having a dependable, hard-working, long-term employee! And remember, that nervous person that you’re interviewing just may become one of your best future employees. Also, I can understand 4-5 interviews for a manager position but not for an entry level position. Tone it down on all the interviews!!
