Good company for the right person.

I signed on as a trainer but quickly realized that this was more of a sales job as much as it was a training job. As a matter of fact sales revenue is all the company really cared about. Like many others, the company has a habit of over-hiring in order to generate additional revenue but only results in smaller commission for all employees. Great company if you want to fight for your job every 6 months.

Cintas first aid and safety is the best job in the world!!

Very fast pace, you can make six figures Plus if your a hard worker, you learn something new every day, it's always room for advancement, this company can help you take care of your family put your kids through college full benefits, it's like a Fortune 500 family!!

Great pay, but not great work/life balance

This position requires travel daily and requires some weekends and night shifts, but is typically fairly flexible. There is a hefty car reimbursement package and cell phone allowance
