Laid-back, but stressful

I do enjoy working here, however there are moments for unneeded and unwarranted stress. Poor communication throughout the large dealership which leads to issues. Other than that, all is good.

Accounting Office

This is a good place to start an accounting career in the car business. Almost everyone, from the lot attendants to the GM, is young and learning. If you have the right manager they will help you and teach you the business.

Pros

Fun coworkers

Cons

Lots of changes in staff/management

Impressive growth and opportunity

If you are looking for more than just a job, this is the place. No other organization comes close in terms of growth opportunity and on the job training. For some, it may be too much too fast, but if you are ready for the best opportunity, look no further!

Pros

Career Growth

Cons

You must work hard but for me thats not a con because I enjoy the work

Not a job for adults!

They literally seek out college students so they can pay them less. If you’re thinking about working for this company please think again & do your research. They pay both their sales & BDC agents 2 times less than what people typically make nationally! Make a bunch of promises that they never fulfill & are very very very sneaky & nosey. They mainly only work with those who they know and are close with. This is not a company to make money with.

Pros

Absolutely none

Cons

Floating holidays

Decent place to work

Highly stressful, management is always looking to make more money no matter what. Coworkers are nice but it still can be a toxic place. The money can be really good if you hustle.

Pros

Good managers can make your job so much better

Cons

Bad managers make you want to quit

One of the worst pls to work they will not pay you anything with your time as welll

This place sucks. They will give you a garenty of 40 hours for the first month depending on how desperate they are. After that they don’t care if you make 10 hours. Also something they NEVER tell you in the interview is that the last day of the month they will make you stay as late as they want two make sure all internal work is done (used and new cars) sometimes even till midnight. Keep in mind you still start at 7:30 that day AND the next. No expeditions what do ever

Pros

I loved working with most of the guys, in the shop. For being a flat rate shop there’s a ton of help if needed

Cons

Everything else, Company could literally not care less about you what do ever, The service writers barely do enough to keep them out of trouble and that’s all they care about, The advisors only make enough to keep them selfs going, they don’t care about you and all lead techs care about is there hours, Meaning they will only give out bs work and keep all the money making jobs for them selfs

Easy job acquisition with long work days

Very laid back company with stressful moments. Certain positions require more strict performance than others. Don't need experience necessarily to be hired. Don't expect a lot of time at home unless you live right by the dealership you're assigned to. Have to clock in/out for work, so your 8 hour work day is 9 hours away from home. Easy advancement opportunities.

Pros

Willing to advance employees easily

Cons

Non-paid hour lunch

fast moving with lots of opportunity

This dealership is fast paced and has lots of opportunity to move within the company at other locations and positions. Work schedule is like any other dealership and you get the good with the bad. The pros are much stronger in my opinion.

Broken promises, cant keep managers let alone employees

Expect you to work for free for training, diagnostics, mechanics beware they don't know how to run a shop. Was there a little over a yr and saw 5 managers what does that say. And none of them have any manager experience prior.

Pros

None

Cons

Everything

If your career driven, this is the place.

Ciocca has been hands down one of the most supportive work environments I have ever been a part of. You are motivated to do better and coached to be your absolute best. I have seen a lot of people come and go that just want to float through the day. If this is what you're looking for, you won't fit the culture. However, if you you want to be your absolute best and be part of a team, this is for you!

Pros

Support

well it's certainly something.

My time at Ciocca was meh. When they first took over there were great promises made how the dealership was going to turn around and be the best place to work in town. Months went by and all we kept hearing was "Just hang on, it's going to get better." Fast forward a year, I'm struggling to pay bills because of the broken flat rate pay system and no guarantee. Tech's are left to fend for themselves if there are no cars to work on. Tech's are underpaid and are threatened with termination if they discuss their pay with each other as a method to keep everyone's pay as low as they ethically can. Management is a revolving door, half the time they have no idea what's going on and are just winging it. There's a new manager there just about every week. The current Service Manager, is one of the absolute best managers I've ever had. This man will fight tooth and nail to get you what you deserve and is a very genuine and fun individual. The other technicians, parts department, and service staff are the most wonderful people I have ever had the pleasure of calling my coworkers. The culture of the shop is top notch; very progressive and inclusive and I have made many lifelong friends there. Corporate is overbearing and only concerned about numbers and if your shirt is tucked in while you're working on cars. The shop itself is very small, the lifts are very close to each other and Half of the shop equipment is either broken or unused so it just sits in the shop taking up space. Outside of that, it's a great place to work, very very good benefits, best people I've ever worked with. It's a -

Pros

Dealer level staff are GREAT!!!!, Fantastic benefits, Pto, Paid lunches on Saturdays. Random paid lunches for turning good numbers.

Cons

Pay, Corporate nitpicking, Chop condition, No space in the shop

Fake jobs

Bring you in for manager positions and offer you the job and say hey no big deal but you have to start from the bottom and work your way up. They say they have tons of opportunities for advancement but I did not apply for that job and I specifically asked what job I was interviewing for. They do this to everyone promise opportunities and get people to leave good jobs for empty promises. They are missing out on good people by being dishonest.

Terrible Work Enviroment

This job is not for you if you cant take lying to the public about your product. It's all about the money, not about the employees. While the money can be great, don't expect to have a personal life. If you want to succeed you're going to be working 6 days a week, open to close. Terrible company to work for.

Pros

money

Cons

no personal life

Manager thinks he knows everything

The Service manager that is there thinks he knows all so stay away at this time.If u have a interview and it is a short and fat looking hobbit just walk away not worth ur time.He will act on ur side till u work differently then the way he wants even if u have more experience then he ever will. The other employees are very nice.

Pros

Pays very well

Cons

Great place to sell cars

Great place to work for a company that cares about their facilities, their customers and their employees. Work life balance is exactly what's to be expected from a sales job. Pay plan is excellent and it rewards you for making the customer happy.

Pros

Pay

Wouldn't work here again

Management is horrible. They make all kinds of promises to employees so they stay and then never fulfill the promises. Managers are a bunch of 25 year old kids who have no idea what they are actually doing. There is no support from anyone. Your thrown into the job and just expected to make the company money but they don't care about you or your income. They screw over employees on commission and bonuses. Horrible place to work.

Pros

None

Cons

No family life, treat employees like trash

I’ve never worked for such a great company. I’ve seen first hand how great management is and how much their employees are cared for. Ciocca Dealerships is a home away from home!
