Training had little to do with actual job experience. Outdated procedures that created issues in the field. Long travel days without compensation. Overall was completely disappointed.

I've worked for Ciox Health for 5 years. I have never had an issue here. The company is very understanding when it comes to family. Opportunity great!

I am a Chart Retrieval Specialist so I drive to my destinations to retrieve medical records. I was led to believe by my recruiter that I would only have to be driving up to 30 miles a day for a site. That is completely false. There are days where I drive 150 miles+ for work. And let me inform you there is NO compensation for mileage. Only if you were to go to 2 different sites in a day. The work is very easy but the pay is not fair for having to travel so far. The management is good and helpful but overall the company needs to be ran more efficiently and needs to reconsider the pay for employees that have to drive so far each day.

This company is ok to start with. The call volume is too high. The manager expects you to be on the phone nonstop. You get rude people most of the time. The way they rate production time is not fair at all.
