Well for one thing I would pay the employees what they deserve. They don't want to pay people to put their time and notes at all. If you drive 4 hours to a job then you get 25 cents a mile. Does that pay for gas, tires, oil, and what about your time? Also you should be on salary because they want you to do and do for them and they don't want you to put that time down so you get paid.
Second- answer the phone when someone has a problem and try to help them.
Third-Your apps suck-they do not work half the time and then you want to send hateful emails and it is on you and your apps not the employees
That is just to name a few things off the top of my head,
I would not make drastic changes that effect employees without their input. For instances doing away with per diem for traveling medical records techs replacing it with an advance account and we have to have what we spend approved. Management is starting to suck. I love Ciox but can't get full time and now they are gonna take per diem. The main reason to travel
I would take what employees-even if they have been there a short time-say seriously and I would let employees know when they are doing a good job, as well as when they are doing a bad job. I'd make sure the requirements of the job are CLEAR. Not just the most serious things, such as possible breaches. I'd be very clear on all requirements of the job and what constitutes a good job; it might actually motivate people.

Hire professional people, fire all of the managers as well as supervisors at this office. Make it a more friendlier environment and equal. With no favourites nor family relationships.
You have to treat everyone with the same respect that you expect in return!!!! Everyone gets up & puts their pants on the same way everyday. It takes everyone from CEO down to the Janitor to make everything run smoothly daily. You should NEVER look down on someone, unless you are helping them up!!!!!
