Don't be drunk or obviously high, and wear clothes that cover most of your tats and piercings. No drug tests, many of my co-workers are on probation.

Have a positive attitude, casual but professional ware you have to be able to speak well you are understanding and explaining to your customers all day you have to be able to keep customers updated on price change and gas changes if asked learned the lottery thats big at our company

Ensure that they CONFIRM everything that they need in their job. Confirm the hours you are available, confirm the stores that you will or will not work at, confirm the pay you will be getting... these things have changed for some people after receiving a formal offer of employment.
