This is defenelly a company that will recognize your efforts and the work that you do while at the same time promoting a balance lifestyle.

There are very high standards as to the work each individual is to complete, but there is hardly any training provided to be able to execute those tasks. Most of your days will be filled with unnecessary meetings and depending on the department you are in, you won’t have much time to get your actual tasks done forcing you to stay late. A general workday looks about 7 am - 6 pm but if there are any pressing matters or things due the next day, you are looking at much longer hours.
