Great training opportunities for career advancement, a collaborative atmosphere, and employee ownership are just a few of the perks of working at Cirtronics. The hardest part of the job is getting used to such a matrixed organization style and group decision making. But it is part of the culture to allow groups to weigh in on decisions that impact the company. It's just very very different than most organizations. Also, the open door policy of senior management-- there is no elitism, everyone's opinion truly matters. Service to the community is part of the culture, and there are 30 paid volunteer hours per year. You're likely to be picking up garbage next to the head of Engineering. Because it is a unique culture, it can take a while to get used to.

So many good things to say about Cirtronics Corporation, first a productive and balanced life, the team work environment and cooperation between peers, so many experienced and good people always willing to help specially when you are new to the company. No need for open door policy if you want to talk to the CEO, her desk is on an open space, it is a humbling experience to know somebody so successful and still willing to hear you and to know about you and your family. The Company also have many volunteer programs to give back to the community. One more thing, the Company is growing and if you want to find a place to develop and find your career path, this is the place to be.
Very Clique, 5th year of high school. 2 set of rules for people. mediocre effort md most employees, management singles out and micromanages efficient and productive employees. Management toleration of poor performance, mistake making (costly) and basic failure to manage. The country club atmosphere has a place, not at work!
