In the two decades since our founding, technology transformation has forever changed the insurance industry, among many others. More data and better capture tools became available. New methods of working and communicating evolved. Fresh needs and opportunities emerged in response to business model shifts.
We saw all this change as an invitation to do business differently. After all, our guiding principle is to create a perfect customer experience not only for our client you but also for their customers, to create real and lasting loyalty. Since 1996, that’s the way we’ve done business. It’s the way we’ll do business as long as we’re in business.

They are asking too much for too little pay. You have to invest a lot of time and some money up front to learn the job and you have to get really efficient to make it worth your while. Overall, I did not last long, took up way too much of my time and gas money.
I just received the pay that they owed me since June. It is now September. I had to email them every week to check on it and was promised multiple times it was on the way. I worked very hard for them studied everything and bought equipment to do their jobs. Spent lots of unpaid hours to learn everything. They promised to give us extra pay for gas for months and finally gave a minimal amount that in no way would make up the cost and they didn't even pro rate it. When I called with problems they told me I would just need to figure it out and work harder. I finally got smart and quit wasting my time!
What is the best part of working at the company? Work my own hours What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Pay isn’t consistent month to month. Only get paid once a month What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Laid back and work from home. Very helpful What is a typical day like for you at the company? Driving around
Does not pay as advertised. Training consists of the Onboard person who just emails you videos for you to watch. Onboard person sends attachments for you to read and learn. This requires several hours of study for what you are supposed to know about what is required for inspections. Does not support field inspectors as advertised. The method of communication is e-mail or text. The regional managers do not want to talk on the phone for any reason. Does not set the right expectation for the inspector.
The company definitely has the volume to provide a decent living for someone who works in this field of work and in the rural areas. However, since I began working with the company, I was assigned an excessive amount of past due cases and continue to be assigned past due cases with no sense of support, direction or even appreciation from management. They continue to make me feel as though I am not doing my job and it's my fault these are all past due and have to be extended. I absolutely love what I do but I have felt a big weight on my shoulders since the first assigned bag log and continue to have that weight with no support so to speak from my manager.
