Typically 8-5, but its more of a "get your work done" environment. If you get your work done at 3:30, generally your manager wasn't mad if you left early. Also, if you are getting in at 8:30, you are turning the lights on (at least in the IT department). Most people got in around 9 and left between 4-5:30. Because Cisco is an international company, there were times I had to take calls after hours, but I could take them from home.
