I would answer email questions and analyze the data received based on our internal software database. I learned a lot of valuable skills from this position, including improvement of my presentation abilities.
Great people, good management, fun environment
Heavy workload, no pay increases, difficult to advance
Title - Researcher (Former Employee) – Chicago, IL – March 26, 2013
My time at Cision was one of the most pleasant in my work history. Friendly employees, management that could be either hands on or off, depending on what was needed, and a steady supply of work that kept us up to date with the news of the world. I would highly recommend this company to any who seek pleasant work, as I would still be there if they had not liquidated my department.
frequent free meals, good insurance and healthcare, retirement plan
slow advancement, slow raises, prone to mass firing
Clerical/File Clerk (Former Employee) – Chicago, IL – October 30, 2012
Enjoyed working in a quiet office at my own desk. My co-workers were to theirself and quiet. We had nice x mas parties every year and supervisor would celebrate different holidays with us such as Valentines Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and X mas.
Not the most exciting job, but laid back environment
Production Technician (Former Employee) – USA – March 29, 2012
Unfortunately, I worked for a small office and was laid off. But if you work for a bigger office, job is pretty secure. People are nice, very laid back and easy environment. Job is not super exciting, but easy. It's great for a couple of years to get stable and experience, but not a lot a movement towards better positions. Salary is OK. Not horrible, but not good by any means.
vacation, sick days and discount on medical.
pay is ok, boring and no opportunities to move up.
