Hardly ever! They screw over about 90% of people. They typically only give a 1% raise if you are lucky. This place is a dump and has very very high turnover.

Vacation days are based on years worked; starting off you will receive 2 weeks vacation with is prorated. If you leave the company for any reason those days will be deducted from your last paycheck.
