In a branch/sales department, the most stressful thing is having difficult sales goals. The goals went from somewhat attainable, to barely reachable without being an over zealous salesperson. There was recently a large amount of pressure placed upon each branch manager as well. The company expects to grow from 2 billion to 10 billion in 10 year (as of 2015). The pressure was placed on the sales positions, yet the bonuses were not raised, making the goals not worth reaching.

Stressful and very poorly organized. The company is very political with decisions

I felt good because people outside of the credit union know Citadel as a great contributor to every community it is located in. They are a prestige CU. They just need to refocus on being what made them a great CU and not so much on being worth $10 billion.
