Citi Bank is good bank to work I wish they were not closing branches in VA. I really enjoyed working there. I really like their sales incentives pay was really good.

easy job good pay and benefits. coworkers were sometimes dramatic but nothing major. Busy job so day goes by fast, not a whole lot of extra responsibilities.

I really enjoyed the environment @ Citi. I felt very welcomed and I felt like my opinion mattered as far as the future of the company . They prioritize diversity and work life balance which is good.
Mortgage Consultant in Ann Arbor, MI

It was a fun place to work. Loved my colleagues. The hardest part was working with some unbearable potential clients. The training was pretty good and they paid pretty well.
Personal Banker in Glendale, CA
on January 30, 2023
I had a horrible experience with the management due to discrimination that occurred with me. I loved the training process but the actual job duties were completely different when I had begun working on the platform. The manager is always in and out without any given notice and it was very difficult to get accustomed to the position since there wasn't any experienced bankers to ask questions to. I felt as if I was degraded on a daily basis. Alot of gossiping took place among the concierge tellers which was very immature. Last but not least, the computer system is very outdated and slow.

Shared on July 31, 2020

Mainly about customer service, they did not ask a lot of cash handling questions. A lot of "give an example" questions.
