It was very relaxing. The in person interview lasted literally 22 minutes. It was very easy. She asked me questions from a packet and wrote my answers down. There were no curve balls. Every question was easy to answer because if you've held a few jobs, at some point you ran into the situations she presented.

Citi is always about the bottom line and not quality. If you anytime feel your position can be outsourced or automated, they will do it. The company has no morales and is just like every big Bank. In addition, there is a lack of career mobility. Citi is a place to start your career but not where you can end it (i.e retire).
