Phone interview is approximately 15 minutes. If successful, you’ll generally be told at the end of the phone interview if you’re being passed on, in which case you should have a face-to-face interview within 3-5 days.

Citi is always about the bottom line and not quality. If you anytime feel your position can be outsourced or automated, they will do it. The company has no morales and is just like every big Bank. In addition, there is a lack of career mobility. Citi is a place to start your career but not where you can end it (i.e retire).
