Hagerstown Citi keeps dwindling away getting rid of alot of tenure employees thanks to so called Operations Managers who think they know what there doing and as always sending more and more work offshore to people you can barely understand

Citi is always about the bottom line and not quality. If you anytime feel your position can be outsourced or automated, they will do it. The company has no morales and is just like every big Bank. In addition, there is a lack of career mobility. Citi is a place to start your career but not where you can end it (i.e retire).

I work far so it's tiring so its better if you live closer to the branch you will work at. Commute can be difficult because you have to be there before 8:30am so you are fighting with traffic everyday. I love a good majority of my clients.

I used to be happy there, not anymore
