Lack of leadership. The administrators, department heads do not know what they are doing. Most of them have not worked outside of CCC. So they have no idea what is going on outside of the 7 colleges they work for.
The lack of quality administrators and the terrible job that the faculty does in the classroom.

Before leaving the company, the department manager did not use discretion with employee files and some students had access to them when working in the office. As a result I was not paid accurately.
