Lack of leadership. The administrators, department heads do not know what they are doing. Most of them have not worked outside of CCC. So they have no idea what is going on outside of the 7 colleges they work for.

Before leaving the company, the department manager did not use discretion with employee files and some students had access to them when working in the office. As a result I was not paid accurately.

I have been retired since 2009. When I was working the most stressful part early on was not having the resources to build a successful program. But, our staff eventually realized those resources through industry partner equipment donations and vocational grant funding dollars.
