Can you go to college and do city year at the same time? I don't want to take a year off, but I really want to be a part of city year.

It may be stressful, but one of my teammates managed to go to grad school. He did evening classes and online courses. Thankfully our manager was lax enough that he didn't mind my teammate doing homework during the school day.

It isn't recommended. My friend tried to end college while in City Year and found it almost impossible to thrive. You work no less than 43 hours a week, $5.77 an hour, and have to manage school. I wouldn't suggest it.

You could if you were in college part time, however the work can be long and you take it home with you
