Upper Noe Rec Center has a relaxed work atmosphere. Monday through Friday the facility is frequented by nannies from the surrounding area, as well as a few families. On the weekends, depending on the season, there's various sports leagues that use our facility and/or baseball diamond. It's only moderately busy when registration nears for various programs during the seasons.
