Recreation Leader in Benicia, CA

Good first job, but a person should leave soon after
The job overall is a nice first job for highschoolers. It teaches you a lot of responsibilities and prepares you for getting bigger jobs. Unfortunately it is bogged down by people who have stayed just long enough to gain a bit of power over the structure of the system. These people climbed the ladder to the position they are presently in and then deleted the ladder so that no one else could climb to their position as well. This lack of competition and fear of losing one's job has made those in power lazy and incapable of dealing with change or any real situation that may present itself.
