Working for the city of Boynton can be handful. There is a lot of support responsibility working this job. Your always on the move and there is so much work to be done.

Management is bad , doesn't know how to run the shop . Tells you to do something when your doing intensive work and expect you to drop everything when it's important what your doing . Lyes and will talk bad behind your back . Not a good place to work .

I had a great experience working for The City of Boynton Beach they have great benefits and retirement plans if you chose to enroll, they encourage you to get better at what you do and management during my time was awesome always helping us to achieve our goals and standing by us as long as we were all following City guide lines we had no issues.Miss working there it was great!Tried to get hired back but unfortunately didn’t get an opportunity to be re/hired.
Library Associate in Boynton Beach, FL

Seriously- don't work at the library. The managers and supervisors are awful people. They don't give a rat's a** about you. All they care about is your obedience. They have antiquated ideas and attitudes towards projects, customer service, and programs, and make it clear every single day that we are expendable cogs in their machine. Communication is a joke. Management doesn't communicate with each other or their subordinates. Each manager wants and expects something different, so there is no consistency. The only thing getting you through the day is your coworkers, who (for the most part) are pretty great.
