Make sure you take your time answering the questions they ask on their web-portal. Make sure your resume, ID's, are scanned correctly onto their website. They do have a list that specifies the different types of formats they accept. Make sure you click on "Current Job Openings" and not on "Current Bids" since "Current Bid" ONLY pertain to current city workers only. You will not get a call so be aware which job section you go into.
