Need a better atmosphere with benefits and full time pay. I felt that lack of diversity in supervisor or management positions would have played a great part toward my future at city of Chicago.

Managing the day to day operations of the mental health facility
Administrative Assistant III/ Pharmacy Technician (Current Employee) –  Chicago, ILFebruary 27, 2018
A typical day at work includes daily timekeeping of staff employees. Assisting director in daily administrative duties. Manage non-exempt staff in order to ensure timely and accurate administrative support. Hardest part of the job is sometimes getting all staff to cooperate and meet director deadlines.

Most enjoyable part of my job is servicing mental health patients and see them leave the clinics feeling a lot better than they did when they walked in.
