Call center environment; fast pace, stressful, but worth it
Customer Care Representative (Current Employee) – Columbia, SC – November 2, 2018
Typical work day includes answering calls pertaining to Customers needs and/or wants. As you would expect in a call center you will experience quite a few irate customers and sometimes disorganization, which can make the job stressful. However, once you create your own method of handling that aspect the day goes smoothly. I do believe that we need more staff members due to the increasing call volume. The hardest part of the job is being able to schedule time off, their current method could be developed better. The most enjoyable job is the people. Of course, with any job you are not there to make friends but to work. However, the environment is very friendly and open.
