(For non-union employees) There are multiple health plans, and you can actually sign up for a plan where you do not pay any monthly premiums and it's pretty cheap. There is a clinic with doctor downtown or in Florence that you can use for free for standard healthcare that is extremely convenient. Dental and vision are ok but not amazing. Pension plan is pretty good, but takes five years to be vested. 10 holidays a year, 1 sick day per month, and standard vacation time based on length of service but it can be negotiated a bit when hired. No paid maternity leave. Options for additional retirement accounts without a match (pension contribution is high).

They provided good healthcare benefits for a Single person (you don't pay for medical) However if you had a family or kids the healthcare costed quite a bit in my opinion.
