Working just Monday through Friday would be great and ‘volunteers’ on weekends, and up the wages because even aldi pays more than here.

Trash the "panel interview" process- especially for jobs that pay less than $30,000. Applying for a job there is like running for a political office. Lighten up on the intimidation you exude .
The library is open 7 days a week, so that means your schedule changes from month to month. Some nights you have to work until 8 pm to close.
