REMOVE THE OLD UPPER CORRUPTED MANAGEMENT, give them a good early retirement, and start over with new vision exempt from political ties, nepotism, and corruption. They hire allies to protect, and keep them rooted in a mommified position until retirement. They do not care about the city or citizen. Expert on making noise every once in a while, all at once, to justify their fat paycheck. CFW is hiring very good team work lately, but they get corrupted by upper management in order to keep the job.

The City is shooting for a 60 to 90 day total time-frame from the time a position is posted until the time a candidates begins employment. Some positions take less time, some take more. The basic steps are: 1. Submit an online application. 2. Phone Intervew 3. In-person Interview 4. Any testing required for the position. 5. If chosen for the position, then pre-employment checks (ie. criminal background check, education verification, etc). Any particular position could require something additional, but those are the basic steps.

Some City facilities have parking for free, while other's are located in places where parking must be paid for. There are about 200 locations, so it is difficult to give a more specific answer.

10+ and this was at the office. My work cell would ring, and you are expected to answer, from about 7 am-11 pm daily. Does not provide a good work balance.
