REMOVE THE OLD UPPER CORRUPTED MANAGEMENT, give them a good early retirement, and start over with new vision exempt from political ties, nepotism, and corruption. They hire allies to protect, and keep them rooted in a mommified position until retirement. They do not care about the city or citizen. Expert on making noise every once in a while, all at once, to justify their fat paycheck. CFW is hiring very good team work lately, but they get corrupted by upper management in order to keep the job.

Seems to me that a lot of management in different departments need leadership skills and more training on customer service and with their own employees, or even more experience. A lot of then look down on you and change their "rules" regularly and not always consistent. I see this a lot in neighborhood services. If we are there to assist our Fort Worth community, then it should be consistent and team oriented.

Listen to the employees, they are the people that are actually doing the work. They would have 1st hand experience with day to day difficulties. Management tends to set rules, procedure and guidelines based on their theories.
