City of Hope Mobile Operations Technician Review
Amini DAC
Mobile Operations Technician (Former Employee) - Duarte, CA - September 15, 2023
1st year was nice but you realize how unstructured it is dealing with 2 other departments can be overwhelming. Old timer staff act like they're still in high school. Management don't care and why they have so much turn overs.
Pros
Free lunch
Cons
Bullies

Great patient care - secretive leadership
Director (Current Employee) - Duarte, CA - November 17, 2023
Patients are really the center of the work and passion to do well. Sharing of best practices and tools has been challenging with other leaders. Leaders also can be slow to act and foster a “not my job” attitude where collaboration is lacking.

Good/sad
Medical Assistant (Current Employee) - Duarte, CA - November 8, 2023
Good and sad place to work you see a lot and easy work. Benefits are okay and very difficult to see your patients at their worst or receive their results
