City of Hope overall was a great place to work . My office however was located in the bungalows and it was extremely old and ugly definitely wasn’t the best building the inside of city of Hope and the surrounding buildings are way nicer. Wish I was able to be given more opportunities for growth

What is the best part of working at the company?It was close to my home at the timeWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?I see nobody had any expertise to train newcomers, unless you were an RN. If you were admin stuff you were on your own with nothing to reference.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Everybody’s out for themselves

If management valued their staff, they would treat them better; HR is a joke, and the culture is incredibly toxic. There are more department VP, SR VP, and assistants, than there are actual employees. It is not necessary, but they run the ship - very poorly at that.
