Their Dispatcher training program needs a complete overhaul, This is especially true when you are hiring someone without CAD experience , you give them a two week overview then throw them "live" to basic sink or swim, There is no training standard amongst their trainers, each one teaches differently or not at all, if you ask foe additional study aids to work on at home to supplement on-duty training they have none. Their trainers are allowed to talk to trainees in anyway whatsoever which is endorsed by management. If you raise questions you will be eliminated at the earliest opportunity. No wonder they get EEOC complaints left and right.
